Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

Our standard delivery timeframe is 2–3 business days for most Australian metropolitan areas.

Delivery times to regional or remote locations may vary and are dependent on Australia Post's delivery network.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

You can track your shipment directly through the Australia Post tracking portal using your tracking number.

Packaging

Every order is packed with care using protective packaging designed to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

While we make every effort to ensure your items arrive safely, Junior Trading cannot guarantee against damage caused during shipping.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • Australia Post operational delays
  • Extreme weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Peak shopping periods
  • Natural disasters
  • Industrial action
  • Incorrect delivery information provided during checkout

Junior Trading is not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been handed to Australia Post.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us and requires re-dispatch.

Junior Trading is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To assist with our investigation, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged parcel (if applicable)
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will work closely with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, we will provide a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Authority to Leave

If you select an Authority to Leave (ATL) delivery option through Australia Post, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it has been delivered in accordance with your instructions.

Junior Trading cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after a successful ATL delivery.
