These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase from us.

1. About Junior Trading

Junior Trading is an Australian retailer specialising in trading cards, collectibles, memorabilia, sealed products and related accessories.

Throughout these Terms, the words "we", "our", "us" and "Junior Trading" refer to Junior Trading.

"You" and "your" refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing products from us.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You will use our website only for lawful purposes.

3. Products

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, pricing and images.

However:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Colours and packaging may vary between manufacturers.
  • Manufacturers may update product packaging or contents without notice.
  • Availability is subject to stock on hand.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time.

4. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Prices include GST where applicable.
  • Prices may change without notice.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Orders are accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed your purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • decline any order;
  • limit quantities purchased;
  • cancel duplicate or suspicious orders;
  • refuse orders believed to be fraudulent or intended for resale where prohibited.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods made available during checkout through Shopify Payments and any additional approved payment providers.

Junior Trading does not store your payment card details.

7. Product Availability

Despite our best efforts, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

  • provide a full refund;
  • offer an alternative product;
  • offer store credit where agreed by you.

8. Trading Cards & Collectibles

Trading cards and collectibles are manufactured by third-party publishers.

Minor manufacturing imperfections may occur and are not considered defects. These may include:

  • Print lines
  • Minor centering variations
  • Minor surface marks
  • Minor edge imperfections
  • Factory whitening

Junior Trading does not guarantee the grading outcome of any product submitted to PSA, Beckett, CGC or any other grading service.

9. Sealed Products

Minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging, including dents, scratches, shrink-wrap imperfections or creases that do not affect the contents, are generally not considered defects.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

  • cannot usually be combined unless expressly stated;
  • may exclude selected products;
  • are subject to availability;
  • may be withdrawn or amended without notice.

11. Gift Cards

Where available:

  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced.
  • Gift Cards are subject to any expiry period permitted under Australian law.

12. Shipping

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only.

Once an order has been collected by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

Junior Trading is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier networks;
  • weather events;
  • customs processing;
  • industrial action;
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer;
  • other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • logos;
  • branding;
  • graphics;
  • photographs;
  • videos;
  • product descriptions;
  • website design;
  • text;

is owned by Junior Trading or used under licence.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without our prior written consent.

15. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse our website;
  • interfere with its operation or security;
  • introduce malicious software or viruses;
  • attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
  • use automated tools to scrape website content without permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junior Trading is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:

  • use of our website;
  • delayed deliveries;
  • manufacturer defects outside our control;
  • third-party services;
  • events beyond our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
